It's easy to set up indeed and quite simple really, I haven't gone into the levels of automation and what can be done with flows however what I see I like. I did see that replying to comments is currently down/not allowed, would be great to have that enabled.

Tested it on my account, I set up a keyword monitor and then a quick flow from a template to help my clients book a meeting in via Instagram, that usecase for me alone is amazing I must say.

If you wanna give ya insta some automation with regards to messaging then this is Def the best thing I have found that seams official with Instagram from reading the website so that's good to know.
