A: Hello, Thanks for checking out InstaCharts and asking a question! It looks like Markup Go supports loading SVG and JavaScript through a url so it should be able to load charts from InstaCharts. You can also embed images from InstaCharts. Let me know if you have any more questions. Bart
Is there a way to sort the X (or Y) axis by response option order? For instance, my survey response options move from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree, but I cannot find how to sort the X axis to maintain this Likert-Type order. My X axis is all over the place, which is not great for presenting data in an easily diegestible way.
A: Hello, First thanks for trying out InstaCharts. You're right, there is no custom sort on the X or Y axis, and I see how this is a needed feature for a chart with Likert data. I'm sorry if this is frustrating for you! As a workaround, you could number the likert category names (Ex: 1.Strongly Agree, 2. Agree, 3. Neutral, etc) and order the axis in alphabetical order.
Hi there - I can add Google Sheets that are living in My Drive without issue; however, files living in a Shared Drive will not work. I checked with Google, and all our settings for our shared Google Drive are set to allow full external sharing. I'm wondering if the issue lies with InstaCharts instead. Can we not use files in a Shared Drive? Or is there another setting we need to set up? Thank you!
A: Edit: I believe I have fixed the issue with shared drives. Please try again and if it does not work, feel free to send me an email. Sorry about any inconvenience!

Q: Request: Add Domain-Lock Feature to Restrict Chart Access to Specified Domains
Do you have plans to add a domain-lock feature so charts can only be displayed on specified domains? Currently the chart links are publicly accessible, which prevents secure use on WordPress sites because anyone can view the URL. A domain restriction would prevent unauthorized access.
A: Hello! Thanks for checking out InstaCharts and asking a question. Yes, we have future plans to lock embeds to certain domains. I have added a ticket for it here if you'd like to follow its progress: https://instacharts.canny.io/feature-requests/p/whitelist-domains-for-embeds No ETA on when we will get to this feature however.
Thank you for your feedback! Our team is working on this now and it should be available to users in the next few weeks. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Q: API question
Hi, I wonder if it would be possible to embed charts that I generate via API in a PDF-page generated in MarkUp Go (available on Appsumo).
