Q: Is development still happening with this app?

The core functionality seems to be broken and now I'm getting prompted to upgrade even though my account shows that I have a Tier 2 subscription.

Currently, I cannot invite the notetaker to meetings and when uploading audio recordings I get a message saying that "something went wrong" with the transcription and then asking me to submit a ticket.

My account has been useless for weeks. Anyone else having this issue?

A: Hey,

Thanks for your question.
We are going to launch a conventional intelligence dashboard that will tell which team members are participating in your team meeting conversations, who don't. Who ask more questions, who don't. Most importantly, you will be able to analyze your all 100+ team meetings on one single dashboard and see what key topics were discussed most and all.

Instaminutes branding will be our webapp. The key benefit in higher tier is that you get to add more people in your workspace and limits for summarization is much higher and cheaper (if you compare them as price/min), So if you have a small team and all of them spend let's say 5 hours in meetings per week then you will need higher tiers.

Thanks for your questions. Yeah, we are working to add more languages, including Spanish, in the future too and it will be available to you as well.
But TBH, it might take some time, maybe around a year or more, to get other languages live.
