I have been using Instaminutes for a few weeks now, and it has made a huge difference in how I do meetings. The Live captioning feature is such a great one to keep an eye out, I love selecting my key points and training the AI to that way, its a win-win situation.
The summaries it generated were accurate enough, and they include key points and action items, which has made it much easier to read quickie and get the job done. Hardly made any edits in the notes.
If you are having 4-5 meetings a week then just go for it.
