Massively Disappointed
Really disappointed with Instaminutes. I kept hoping that once the issues with setting up the account were sorted it would be a great product and worth the wait - I was sadly disappointed.
It took weeks and weeks to finally get my account up and running (there was an issue that they actually mention in an update) In the end they had to totally re-set my account.
I was thrilled - until it didn't work. I use a macbook pro, was on chrome and using the extension. Set it to record and at the end of the meeting waited for it to go to the dashboard - NOTHING. I tried again - NOTHING.
I admit that I don't want to download the desktop app yet as it is not yet approved by apple. I may have taken the risk had there not been the number of previous issues, and had there been effective support.
I still have the product in the hopes that it will 'get there' - but it isn't there yet.
