Firstly, I was not sure whether to get it or not since some questions and negative reviews were making me think about whether it will work or not. Also, I didn't believe that any AI could summarize my meetings and I won't need to do anything.

But I must say it surprised me, gave a great summary of the last call with my client. Though I need to make some minor edits before I could share it with my client as MoM. But it was a lot of time saver in comparison to Otter and fireflies, transcription tools, which I have used on day to day to basis.

There is one thing that still I would like to improve that they should provide more engaging support and help docs, since they have so many new features, for e.g. Channels and speaker editing, that took me some time to learn. Overall great work Instaminutes and thanks to AppSumo for LTD offer.
