I have been a long time AppSumo customer and I had to write this review because this is not the quality of a product that I've come to expect from being showcased by AppSumo. I tried the product and had to refund it after no response from support and just the vast number of simple and complex bugs with the platform.

My goal was to get something that could record and generate a summary of my meetings with bullet points - nothing less and nothing more. In the end, I didn't even get a transcription of the meeting.

The user interface is very nice - but this is all that this software platform provides. My first call was a 30 minute Google meeting with the Chrome plugin. It could not transcribe anything correctly, thought there were 8 people on the call and could not summarize any of the dialogue even though their interface says the call must be at least 15 minutes - it was 30 minutes. Don't even get me started about all of the spelling and grammar issues on the interface - it is really unprofessional. This product is not ready for prime time or even list on AppSumo. I bought this thinking the reviews might have been wrong about the functionality. If you spend 5 minutes to give it a review, the application looks great... If you actually use it, the holes show everywhere.

I even spent the time to make a video recording of my issues to try to get help and see end it to their technical support team. This was almost two weeks ago. There has been no response - not even an auto attendant to say when they would get back to me.

I'm really disappointed in AppSumo pushing this through without better screening. I've come to expect better quality control and access from AppSumo and is probably indicative of Appsumo and it's growth.

Minus one for unprofessional English and grammar on the interface.
Minus one for not even quality checking that it works (or not).
