My usecase is to record online meetings to get reliable transcription and summaries. I have been using it since late 2022, and have seen some of the improvements that the team has made. It is very promising, but currently InstaMinutes is not quite ready for prime time in my opinion - but it is getting there fast.

PROS
Responsive support.

Easy to use and works well for online meetings (Zoom, Teams etc) and has built in connections to Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack and other communication platforms.

The Dashboard is logical and there are several ways to find and retrieve information by tagging, assigning recordings to channels. There is a search function to search for keywords or names - it does not work for me.

I appreciate that the summary is visible together with the actual transcript.

CONS
Sometimes the Desktop app (on Windows 10) claims that it has recorded and uploaded a meeting, but it is not visible in the Dashboard. (Turns out that the Desktop app needed to be updated.)

The Search bar does not work for me at all. No matter what I search for, it does not find anything.

WISHLIST
Create an easy way for users to know when they have to update the Desktop App.

Add more languages than English.

Make it possible to search for keywords and names with the search bar.

The recently announced ChatGPT functionality sounds interesting. Hope to see a solid implementation of that.
