A: 1) How many users do I get?

Right now it's 1 login per account, but we allow you to share the accounts. We are going to add Team Accounts in Q1 as per our roadmap: https://help.instantly.ai/roadmap and then you can add more users to your account.

2) Can I connect only gmail, outlook or even custom SMTP?

We support custom SMTP too:)

3) What about the deliverability rate?

This depends mostly on how long you warm-up your emails and how clean your lead list is. We give you all the tools to get to 95%+ deliverability rate and we're getting it consistently by following industry standards.

4) Do you have a built in CRM?

Not yet, but we're planning on adding CRM features and integrations. I really want to see actual deal closes/conversions from campaigns and the money earned for our agency for example. So instead of focusing on just replies (which can be both positive and negative) I'd love to see which email campaigns actually bring in the most value/conversions and scale those.
