Q: Hi, this tool looks great.

I love the UI and simplicity of everything.

1. Can we see how many active leads are currently being used and how many we have remaining so we always know how many new contacts can be added to campaigns?

2. Can we keep adding new leads to existing campaigns that are already running or do we have to create new campaigns each time we want to add new leads?

3. Can I import leads from Google Sheets automatically and can it read any new contacts and automatically add new contacts as and when they are added to the sheet? If not I guess this could be done with the API when that is available?

2. Please can you add Integromat integration to the roadmap or open API access? Any idea on timeline for this?

3. Can Instantly recognise if an email address has already been added in the past and bypass that? E.g. say we have 2 email lists and create 2 campaigns, if there is an email that is in both lists we don't want to accidentally start sending them emails from 2 separate campaigns. Can we automatically filter out emails that have already been added to campaigns in the past?

4. Is there a global block list so we can add our clients or other contacts that replied negatively to ensure they don't receive our emails? Do these contacts affect our active lead count or are they excluded?

A: Hey Raul, I asked #3 before and Reio_Instantly explained how Instantly DOES check for duplicates across campaigns. To quote him:

"However, avoiding duplicates across campaigns is even more simple. Just before uploading a lead list to a campaign, there is a checkbox at the bottom that says "Check for duplicates across all campaigns", ticking that will make sure you are avoiding all duplicates."

Indeed, I've been using this feature and it is identifying duplicates across all my campaigns :)

- You can see active leads number under settings: https://app.instantly.ai/app/settings/billing

- Yes you can keep adding leads. We do it every day:)

- Right now it's one-time. Automatic import is on our roadmap: https://help.instantly.ai/roadmap

- I'll talk with our team about Integromat integration. Right now we've planned on API and Zapier, but I can't promise a specific timeline right now for new integrations. Once the Appsumo launch craziness has tied down we'll have a clearer picture. We also did a poll on our FB group about what features users want - I recommend adding it there too:)

- Right now we can recognise duplicates within 1 campaign, but we're adding an account wide duplicate check too.

- Yes! If you go to "Campaigns" tab, it's the red icon on the right of "Add New" button. And these are excluded from the Active leads count.
