I"m trying to get this going, and I'm not a stranger to systems like this. The system says - the schedule is outside of hours, however, it's not...it's 9 am and my schedule is 7am and yesterday same issue with a a different time block, I have tried to contact customer service and it's very slow. Feels like if they send you one response, they can wait a few hours. I spent time transitioning to this new tool and will need to go back to my old. My advice for you is to not expect to get it up and going without glitches even though the UI is easy to understand. May have some initial roadblocks to get over.
It also said one of my emails wasn't sending when in fact it was not one of them tied to a campaign OR in warmup. That concerns me. Will it use emails not assigned?
I am sure it's a glitch but at this point, I've spent so much time trying to get this up I'm sure I've lost leads.
When i first got Instantly it looked nice and it worked well. Since then it has literally gotten better by the week and the team has been very accessible and helpful.
Less than a year into creation it is a top tier cold outreach solution. Legit great tool and great team.
PS-if you have a warmer it probably spits out the goofiest gibberish ever. Instantly send emails that look real and make sense. Emails people actually send around. If you are worried about google/outlook detecting these warming emails, just know that Instantly is way ahead of the game.

Maybe I haven't been willing to spend the big bucks to get more intuitive products, but Instantly has turned my email marketing frown upside down! I've been using Instantly for a few months now, and this is by far the easiest email sequence sender I have ever used. Period. Full Stop.
Instantly isn't an auto-responder, but you can easily create email sequences, add emails by uploading a .csv or manually, write your email content within Instantly, or copy-paste from elsewhere, set up your delivery schedule, what emails you want to send from (mine are from Gsuite on my domains), hit save and publish. It really is a breeze.
I love the copy campaign feature. If I'm marketing to a specific niche, I can simply copy the campaign, rename it, add new emails, make any changes to the copy I want and save and publish. I can literally create a new campaign in 3 mins or less.
Features to love:
- Clean, uncluttered interface that's easy to navigate - Built-in email warm-up feature - Write email content inside of Instantly or copy-paste from elsewhere - Duplicate email warning - Campaign Copy feature - Email from multiple accounts - Create unlimited sequences - Easy to see and understand analytics
There are lots of field variables [city], [first name], etc, to personalize each email. Plus it has an email warm-up feature that helps to protect your email account. It tells you if you've already used the email in another campaign and removes it from the new campaign.
Instantly is a truly great email marketing product for me. It might be too simple for advanced email marketers who need more features, but for beginners, it's perfect!
