When I bought it initially, I was happy with how the software worked, but later on, I was really disappointed with how slow their support answered in general so I gave them 3 tacos.
But by the time their support becomes much faster and I can see they improved a lot.
I guess they are relatively new and improving. Now I am really happy with the overall experience, if this offer becomes available again, I will buy one more Tier 3.
