If it starts it will be good!

I"m trying to get this going, and I'm not a stranger to systems like this. The system says - the schedule is outside of hours, however, it's not...it's 9 am and my schedule is 7am and yesterday same issue with a a different time block, I have tried to contact customer service and it's very slow. Feels like if they send you one response, they can wait a few hours. I spent time transitioning to this new tool and will need to go back to my old. My advice for you is to not expect to get it up and going without glitches even though the UI is easy to understand. May have some initial roadblocks to get over.

It also said one of my emails wasn't sending when in fact it was not one of them tied to a campaign OR in warmup. That concerns me. Will it use emails not assigned?

I am sure it's a glitch but at this point, I've spent so much time trying to get this up I'm sure I've lost leads.
