I've really been wanting to grow my business with cold email, but didn't know how. I missed out on a few prior AppSumo deals (Acumbamail, Kirim.Email) mostly because I didn't understand what an email sending tool should do or how I can use it. So when I hopped on AS this evening to check out any new deals, and saw Instantly, I dug in. Based on the comments of others, unlimited senders seems to be a really good deal, so I purchased a code to start playing. Here I am about 30 minutes later, and I've already launched 2 campaigns. The UI of Instantly is really clean and minimalist, which is nice especially for a noob like me. I connected a sender email acct (took me a little bit to understand which addresses and ports I needed, but got it figured out in my cpanel). Once I had that set up, I uploaded a small list of contacts to send a networking invitation to. For the campaigns, you can create auto-responses, save templates, create sending schedules. More advanced cold email gurus might want more granular control of things, but for someone attempting cold emails for the first time, this was a really great experience. My review may change over time once I understand deliverability, but so far Instantly has been super easy to set up and to use. The Instantly team has several nice features on their roadmap (and I saw that someone has already asked for a Konnectzit integration - heck yes!). Once those are created, I think I will fully come to appreciate the true power of this tool. As a use case (because I love seeing how AS tools can work together), I scraped emails using Captain Data to upload into Instantly. As I launched the campaign, I really wished I could integrate with Nexweave to send a custom image or video, so hopefully that comes to pass in the near future!
