Q: Just to be clear
If my understanding is correct:
a.) We do not need a simcard and phone? Correct?
b.) We do not need a telco carrier subscription plan? Correct?
c.) If yes, we simply open the dashboard and start sending SMSs?
d.) Can we change the alphanumeric sender anytime in the future? Can we do this via our dashboard or do we have to contact support first and this is done on the backend?

In certain countries, like the USA and Canada, a Toll-Free Number (TFN) is required, which we provide, along with a simple registration process. But in most countries, it’s as easy as uploading your customer database and launching your first campaigns. 🚀
d.) Alphanumeric Sender: You can change your sender anytime, and even set up multiple sender IDs to select from for different campaigns or automations.
