Q: Klaviyo vs yours pricing question
I use Klaviyo and I don't understand what would be the benefit of using your app. Let's say, I pay $60 with Klaviyo. This is one of the lowest plan. I have to pay it if I want to get at least some basics. I have 1250 US SMS credits included in that plan. It is just a little bit less then you offer on the highest Tier. When I need more SMS's from Klaviyo, I can pay more but their prices are much lower then yours. For example for 10000 SMS is their price half comparing to yours. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your thoughtful comparison! While Klaviyo charges based on the number of contacts in your account, Instasent operates differently. With our platform, you can upload thousands or even millions of contacts without any extra cost, as we don’t impose contact-based fees. This alone can be a game-changer if you manage large contact lists.
Additionally, with our AppSumo Lifetime Deal, you receive monthly SMS credits for life without recurring subscription fees. This means long-term savings compared to Klaviyo's monthly plans. We are SMS-focused and operate globally, supporting multi-language and multi-time zone campaigns—a level of customization that Klaviyo doesn’t currently offer.
Our platform includes advanced features at no extra cost, such as a Data Management Platform (DMP) for better customer segmentation, custom shortlinks with branded domains to reinforce your brand identity, and powerful automation and analytics tools to optimize your SMS campaigns.
If you need to send large SMS volumes beyond our AppSumo tiers, contact us directly. We’d be happy to create a custom plan tailored to your business. We’re confident that our platform will meet and exceed your expectations!
Let us know if you have more questions—we’re here to help! 😊
Best,
Oscar!

So, Instasent is a cheaper add-on we can use to boost our Klaviyo SMS sending limits? With the Klaviyo integration, can we segment users who have already been sent a Klaviyo SMS? That would be helpful if the Instasent credits could be used to follow up.
