Tiers 1 to 4: These operate with Premium Plan rates for SMS.
Tier 5: This has Business Plan rates for SMS.
Once you check the pricing page, you can select any country (e.g., Australia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, the USA, Canada, or New Zealand) and view the corresponding SMS rates.

That calculator doesn't make sense as it's giving standard rates based on money (i.e. dollars and cents) and not as credits. Please explain the credit system with this in mind.

With Tier 5, you get 23.80€ monthly credit, which you can use to send SMS worldwide. If you're sending to the USA, you can send about 1400 SMS a month. To calculate the number of SMS you can send to Australia, use the SMS calculator on our pricing page here: https://www.instasent.com/es/pricing#sms-calculator.
This still isn't making sense and it's why I can't make a purchase. Good luck on your deal and please consider revising how you explain your credit system.
