Q: What is the keyword limitation?

I want to purchase top tier, but how many keywords will I be allow to create? I run a small agency and want to sell this to my clients. Also, assuming that SMS credits consist of sent/received text messages? What if I want to increase the limits of sent/received messages? Thanks.

Thanks for considering the top tier! Here’s how keywords and SMS limits currently work:

Keyword Activation
At the moment, Instasent only supports automated opt-out (unsubscribe) responses. Although we’re working on adding customizable keyword responses, for now, you’ll only be able to send SMS messages and receive opt-out replies. Once the new feature is live, you’ll be able to set up auto-replies for specific keywords to engage more directly with clients.

Limits of Sent/Received
Currently, credits cover only the cost of sent messages. Right now, we don’t support inbound messages other than opt-outs, but once we add full inbound message functionality, both incoming and outgoing messages will be deducted from your credits.
