However there is no support information/contact inside dashboard or even on your homepage. I couldn't find any other option then "open a ticket" here on appsumo (if I missed something, please direct me to support).

The problem is that Fakers settled in Configurations are not deployed when the Configuration is chosen for New Site. There is also no instructions on using Fakers in your Documentation, so I could check if I'm doing something wrong when setting Configuration.
