Q: Can you explain the discrepancy?
I’m a bit confused. In a statement responding to a negative review you say, “we've spent millions over the past six years in developing the platform and are used daily by Fortune 500 companies with tens of thousands of Sumolings as well, as the largest of the warm contact influencer networks.” But you only have 22 reviews on AppSumo and 50% of them are negative.
Please help me understand this discrepancy: why do the same negative issues keep appearing in the reviews? I would like more clarity about this strong statement and the claimed number of Sumolings compared with the weak and very low review count. This significantly reduces trust.
In your opinion, why do the same negative comments recur regarding influencer quality, alleged payment scams, and the low number of reviews despite allegedly having tens of thousands of AppSumo customers?
