There's two different ways to get to this data. In Discover -> Influencer list you have the Advanced Filters. If you choose to refine by Influencer -> Languages -> German there's over 1100.

If you want to show everyone in a German speaking geography such as Germany and Austria, you can refine by Influencer -> Country which is showing 1600.

Not everyone lists every language they can read/speak, but it does appear as though we do in fact have many German and German speaking influencers.
