Q: Can I save each individual form submission, with the questions, as a PDF?
I need to be able to attach it to my clients CRM.
Can I add pictures and video as part of the form?

You can export and save a form as a PDF. If you click on the submission for a specific form, there is a square blue icon with an arrow in it that is on each record. If you select that, it gives you an option to download, save as PDF or print.
You can also embed a Video URL, PDF URL or an uploaded PDF into the form. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@intely.io. We would love to give you a quick walkthrough of the product!
