The "lifetime" plan I purchased expired. Need I say anything more? I'm now struggling to buy an alternative, as the account keeps asking me to choose a subscription to het started.

Iintely Form, I am using from almost more than 6 Months and its really so much easy and Simple. Daniel Pluard, Arshad Sayyed & Jamie Lecomb is really very supportive. They really go extra mile to support customers. Its really Great Deal and worth of Investment.

Been needing a form creator that was easy enough to modify existing forms for new clients. Basically use the same form for existing clients but has to be tweaked slightly for the new ones. This does the job though for sure but still has some kinks in the graphics where things don't align where you would think they should. Would like to see these worked out but still a good form creator.

I was looking for something simple to build a few quick forms. This app seems to do what I need and a price of $49 for a lifetime subscription doesn't hurt either.

I've been using intelyForms to do a market test to see what kind of events our typical customers are in and it's made this part of my job easier. I only wish that it had a way to adjust the questions based on a user's response. It's not a must have but would be easier for my customers instead of scrolling through the longer form.
