Solid Form Builder
I've been using intelyForms to do a market test to see what kind of events our typical customers are in and it's made this part of my job easier. I only wish that it had a way to adjust the questions based on a user's response. It's not a must have but would be easier for my customers instead of scrolling through the longer form.

We are currently working on rolling out conditional logic and branching from form responses so you can adjust and flex subsequent questions on the response.
