hmmmm.
Just bought yesterday...

Now your site is giving me "Web server is down Error code 521" for last several hours.
Even though: https://status.interactiveshell.com/ shows it as active.

Unfortunately I am writing you here...because apparently your only way of support contact is via https://www.interactiveshell.com/panel/support/new which is .....down ;)

So I get it ...you are on the newer end, building up and adding features...but you really need to at least have some fault tolerance operations..such as at least a support email and not having your status say "up" when clearly you aren't.

This is a good idea...but not useful if it can rarely be used
