Ease of Use
One of the standout features is how user-friendly the platform is. Even if you're not a tech wizard, the intuitive dashboard and straightforward options make setting up your interactive flow charts and videos a breeze.

Recording Videos

Flow Chart

Embedding on Webpage
We found it exceptionally easy to embed Interactly into our website. A simple piece of code was all it took to integrate this powerful tool, streamlining our customer interactions and significantly reducing the workload on our customer care team.

A Note on Design Saving
The only hiccup we encountered was that the design part of our project didn't save as expected. This is an area where we hope to see improvements in future updates.

Final Thoughts
We highly recommend Interactly for any business looking to elevate their customer engagement strategy. It's been instrumental in helping us create a better user experience while cutting down on repetitive customer queries.

Bought this for what it can do although we have a similar product we've been using.

As some people mentioned, there's definitely something weird going on with how the videos are rendered - and by this I mean the appearance.

Even the tutorial videos have their edges cut off the screen and we viewed the same content on multiple different devices to eliminate device related issues.

Can it do what it promises?

Absolutely can, however, the look and feel of the finished videos are cause for concern.

To Satosh the creator, I would say you do need to look more into this issue because it is real, and now owning it allows us to experience the issues first hand.

Also, the lag between video loading and something starting still exists as mentioned by other Sumolings.

We are holding our breath in the hopes the product gets upgraded to resolve the known issues.

My initial thoughts and feature requests:

- If you don't like a recording, and I assume my clients will do multiple takes - they can't just "start over". They have to close the recorder and then choose to record again. (This may not seem to make sense, but when you experience it, you will understand).
- Another issue with restarting from scratch is... if you add some text to use as a teleprompter it doesn't remember it. If you do a second take you start from scratch and have to retype your prompts (or remember to copy the previous prompts).
- The branding is too much - and it even overlaps the record button at times!  In fact, the branding is more obvious than the "record" button. (and cost jumps from $49 to $299 to remove the branding if you are only using for one company).
- The "record" icon for the enduser is not very big and is not brandable wihtin the software. If it was customizable - to make it bigger and to compliment brand colours, that would be great!

I have found some bugs too. On my second video request in the flow, the enduser can't see the video record button or text. The box is blank.  (I've deleted it from the builder and recreated it several times - it never displayed.

As it is now, I cannot use the software.  I'm hoping these bugs get worked out quickly or I will request a refund.   :(

I have given it 4-stars only because of the potential if the bugs get fixed. I think this can be a great product and I want it to work and be reliable!!!

I also wish there was a way to remove branding without having to go from $59 to $300!!!
