I'm subscribed to the Internxt Team Plan incl. "all future team plan updates." But Internxt doesn't offer this plan anymore and I'm curious as to which plan my lifetime subscription is now mapped to? Ultimate or Premium?
Don't wait for their offer; IMO find another cloud storage provider. I have internxt and they have lost entire folders of files and their support is of no help.
I reviewed you, asked questions and you lied into my and everyonce face that you - would follow the rules and respect it if we don't want newsletters - that we could unsubscribe - that you would give out the complaint forms like you said in your privacy policy (but you never did) - that you never got any emails from me (even though your automated response to emails and the ticket numbers tell a different story) - ...
Well for some time I didn't receive any of your spam emails.
But today I got a new batch of them again. I would love if you could show me the records where I consented via double-opt-in which is required in europe but you won't answer emails.
So: when will you start respecting your customers and stop spamming them?
