I bought a code the first time because their setup seems to be very intelligent, the website looks nice and the promise how they handle things looks really well.
But then:
- hiccupy website that you cannot log into sometimes (maybe that got fixed, just a technical issue, but nonetheless)
- slow. SLOW. SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! (also just technical and really needs further improvement)
- but what kills it for me: they don't seem to really care about privacy. Let me elaborate:

They are sending out unsolicited emails. Well, most companies do that because they claim they have legitimate interest to inform their customers. So far, so good.
But every company needs to have an unsubscribe link in their emails. Which they don't.
Also there could be an option in your account to unsubscribe from maililngs. Which there isn't.
But you could email them, asking them to stop sending you mailings. Which they don't.
Then you write to their data protection email to have that matter settled - and they ignore you.

I think I wrote 3 or 4 emails asking them to stop sending me spam, which at that point, it is.
They never write back. They don't care about GDPR. How can any company claim to hold the torch of security up high when they fail on basic communication practices? How can I turst a company that doesn't care to respond or respect my privacy? I just can't. And if you care about a service that really treats you with respect - I haven't found that in Internxt.

Also, just an FYI: they offered free upgrades in some of those first emails. But when I tried to claim them guess what: the website and the upgrade didn't work at all. So they mail you with offers you can't claim on a website that just occasionally works and never care about 'can spam' and all the other privacy related stuff in regards to email marketing and unsolicited mailing.

If I could refund my old code, I would.
And I would love if Internxt would stop spamming me.
