Hello there, here is AppleDataHoarding. Today we want to share with you the experience we got using Internxt.

First of all, we already suggested the WebDAV and they heard to us, by adding such feature in the future. We love when Devs do such things.

We try to be honest, by avoiding to write only positive points, because this is not the reality and not the mentality of RoadToPetabyte too.

We need to say that we were disappointed about the support service, because they just ignored all messages (from us and other people) relative to the Mac App problem. Now we retested the app and at least it works for us. Thanks that you fixed the problem, but next time please don't ignore messages or avoid to answer like a robot.

We love that Internxt implemented a Mac App (and you can backup data only too = 1 way sync), but they need to improve the way they do that:
a) they upload data from my user to https://imgur.com/a/291PeI6 instead of adding something like Mega.nz, where we can exactly told them "you need to save on path xxx".
b) there is no way to sync multiple folders in Mega.nz still
c) we love they added the "force sync" option, missing in Mega.nz and other apps.
d) we love the 2 way sync mode
e) in finder is not visible if the data is now online or not https://imgur.com/a/BNyx5MZ (in the style of gdrive)

Other points:
1) There is no way to upload a folder via browser. You can upload only single videos.
2) The upload duplicate files https://imgur.com/a/rJE9PH2, there is no smart storage like Jottacloud or Google Photos
3) No previews at all https://imgur.com/a/oWrYHyj
4) No player https://imgur.com/a/Rnnj7k7 but we love the 1 click download feature, this make the difference compared to other clouds.
5) creating new folder is slow.
6) Drag and Drop files to folder works, thank you. Feature missed in different other clouds.
7) We think that this https://imgur.com/a/ngLa66e gives the user just confusion, because is not clear if the link is for 10x or unlimited
8) When you launched the Deal there were different problem uploading files to the Drive via browser. At the moment we don't see it anymore. Thanks for fixing it
9) Ability to add icons to the folder https://imgur.com/a/mdNEQ0y is really cool
10) You need to improve --- menu https://imgur.com/a/FflyNHO (for example no way to share/delete it). If we own 100000 files, we need to scroll to the top to share it...
11) No way to change size of the grids.
12) ...

Conclusion: your cloud storage offers some features not available in other clouds (PS: we use over 15+ at the same time), but there are still missing basic features and improvements can be done too. This is pretty normal, since you are new in the cloud backup world. We still consider such service a good option. It always depends from what an user need to do. Without any doubt is the price a good starting point.
