Why dont we have more questions and more minutes when stacking more codes?

It is reasonable to have more questions and time because there are a lot of industries so the needs are different

I won't talk about PROs because everyone mentioned them here, so I wil list some CONs :

1. Can't delete demo questions: We need to control it completely.

2. is there any leaderboard for each applicant? The manager wants to give each appicant a mark/ point then we need a leaderboard for all applications.

3. Need to customize the welcome page and thank you page

4. Need to attack an internal link for video interview to share with conpany's Investors
