Pluses:
-This software seems to show a lot of initial potential with a good team size + investors.
-Easy to use, good dashboards to give out an overview.
-The video interview functionality works very well.

Minuses:
-Would LOVE to have more than 10 minutes of total video interviews per person. Currently, this tool is best suited for application & initial screening but I think it'd be just as well (if not better) suited for round 2 screening.

Not sure how strong the AI component is yet but generally these improve over time with volume.

What I'd love to see:
-Having more than 10 minutes of video per applicant (even if this is for way fewer applicants) to support the round 2 use case.
-Polls & quizzes added to the software for hard skill screening.
-More customization options for the interviews.
