This is the kind of product that will be similar to Word or G-docs in the near future - something that almost everyone makes use of. Creating an interview is really easy and it gives you various options to ensure that there is clarity in the process - e.g upload a resume, expiry, job function, Candidate Retake The Whole Interview Multiple Times, etc.

Now what I found interesting for my use case as a teacher is to use this for students to submit project proposals from the wider school district. With 4 codes I get 15 live jobs (projects) with 350 proposals per project and 7 users. Imagine that! Now, for my own student group I plan to use this to help them prepare for apprenticeships and job screening interviews. And finally the use case it is originally meant for - recruiting. Having this would mean that the screening can be done in a. combination of HR + domain expert at their own convenience without the need for the domain expert to miss any classes. I am so convinced that this is the way forward that may end up buying as many codes as my teacher wages allow me to :)

Some suggestions: it would be great if you would consider adding a video survey option. This would expand the scope of this beyond HR and bring in academic and research oriented folks as well. Of course, with the current model I can tweak it a bit to make it like a video survey but I feel a video survey tool for these purposes would be great (as opposed to customer review feedback tools that most researchers are putting up with)
