RobinTQ: DPA/AVV, DSGVO and E-Mail
Since I haven’t receive any answers on my questions via Email, I’ll like to address it here:
Can you provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV)?
And
Where exactly are customer/contact data and email campaign data stored and processed? Are all data centers and subprocessors located within Italy (the EU/EEA)? I need to know this because of the Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) in Germany.
Regarding E-Mail;
Can I use my own domain and sender email address (e.g. [email protected]), and can I configure SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) for it?

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't received reply from us: feedback probably got missed somehow...
We replied to you right away.
but, in few words:
- We have a DPA that we can share. For data storage and processing, all our data centers, whose providers are formally appointed as subprocessors, are located within the EU/EEA.
- You can configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for your domain (and use your sender email address too)
