Q: Love the looks of this - a few questions

A few questions before I purchase:

1. For U.S. email sending, do you use shared or dedicated IPs, and how is shared-IP reputation managed?
2. Can I authenticate a custom sending domain/subdomain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
3. Can Journeys mix Email, SMS, and RCS in one automation?
4. Can API/webhooks add/remove contacts from Journeys?
5. Can inbound SMS/RCS replies trigger webhooks containing sender, message, and conversation/contact IDs?
6. Does the API support sending/replying within an existing conversation?
7. Is RCS Rich supported in the U.S., including images, cards, carousels, and buttons?
8. Can consent/unsubscribe status be managed via API/webhooks?
9. Is full API/webhook access included with the AppSumo plan?
10. Does AppSumo use the same email-delivery infrastructure as paid plans?

A: Hello,
sorry for being late. Please find below our answers:
1. By default we use shered IPs. Dedicate IPs can be assigned upon request (not included in the AppSumo LTDs). We evaluate the quality of lists and mailings based on internal tools that analyze uploaded data and aggregate statistics generated by each sender/account, on reports we receive from anti-spam organizations and MBPs, and on information and feedback we receive from our partners in managing and monitoring the sending infrastructure. Based on the metrics and results obtained, the account is assigned to the IP pool best suited to its reputation.
2. Yes sure
3. Email and SMS yes, RCS is being added now, it will be available in about 1 month from today
4. Yes, possible.
5. Yes.
6. Broadly speaking it is possible butit would be better to have an example/use-case to be sure we can give you the correct answer.
7. RCS is fully enabled in inTouch in Spain, Germany and Italy. In short the channel will be enabled in France, Austria and US and then in other countries too like Mexico, Brazil, India, South Africa etc. You can expect RCS being enabled in the US within the end of the year. Is it ok for you? Yes once available it will include images, cards, carousels, buttons etc. Once you log in inTouch you will be able to see what will be available (same features as the countries where it is already available)
8. Yes!
9. Yes
10. Yes, same infrastructure.
For further details you can reach out to us over email at [email protected]. In case you need a technical discussion we can arrange a call of course.
Have a great day ahead!
Daniele
