I have some questions for the PRO plan:
1. Custom domain - will there be ANY reference to YOUR domain? How do you handle the custom domain, is it through a CNAME? If not, how?
2. Branding - As you can imagine, I'm cautious about branding. I want everything to reference MY DOMAIN.
3. Integration - I see you integrate with Google Calendar, but what about others, such as Outlook?
4. Phone calls - Will I get a number? Where is the number located? Please explain this.
5. Notifications and/or reminders - Will this be referenced from your system or MY DOMAIN?
6. Do you have a FULL demo (or step by step video) to so see how this works?

May 14, 2024A: Hi @service09! Can definitely relate to your concerns about branding. Right now our customization is limited to the design and the domain/url, not a full white-labeling.
The custom domain works through a CNAME for subdomains, or an A record if you’re connecting your root domain. We also take care of SSL certificates, so your page is served securely.
There is a fair bit of Introwise-branded experience, even on the Pro plan. Emails are sent from and mention Introwise, and the built-in calls are hosted on the Introwise domain. As I mentioned in my reply to @SapphireWolf review we’re currently focusing on nailing down the important details before reducing the product branding.
Introwise calls are video calls and are hosted right on the website. There is no phone number to dial in or software to download. Curious to know about your use case and how you’re using phone calls in your practice.

We're working on helping out a lot of doctors who are not using Telemedicine since Covid created worldwide havoc.
