SapphireWolfQ: HIPAA Compliance - you got it?
I see testimonials and use cases for psychologists, but anyone in healthcare will need to be HIPAA Compliant, at least in the US, without that in place, this is DOA (for that sector).
If you're not HIPAA Compliant, do you aim to be? If you are, what does that process look like for account holders to ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect client data?
Otherwise, on the surface, everything looks awesome!

You are right, the majority of our (current) experts are therapists and coaches. Now that I think about it, therapists are from Europe/Asia indeed. Our calls are HIPPA-compliant, but the whole platform is not, so we don't advertise it to medical services. We looked into HIPPA last year, and it's so expensive that we can't promise we'll add it soon.
Thank you for being so wise and bringing this to other experts' attention who may not know about HIPPA!
PS we are GDPR-complient. :)
