I'm happy to leave my review. I've been on a paid plan for over a year, and I was happy to use the lifetime deal. Something I admired from the start is the customer-orientated approach. I had a few calls with both Genia and Dennis where they asked me about my user experience and what features I'd find valuable in the future. They acted on almost all the feedback and introduced a lot of features that helps to customize the client experience. I would probably need a special plugin for each of those services if I decided to use them on my website. Finally, I Can Track Sessions in a Package, without Spreadsheets!
Introwise is sleek, easy to use, and the founders have been very attentive to user feedback! I was tracking sessions left in a coaching program manually in sheets and in a CRM and it was getting to be more time spent tracking than doing what I enjoy most, coaching.
Denis and the founders of Introwise have listened to my suggestions in detail and even invited me to a 1:1 call to discuss my use case. This helped me make a really good decision on a solution I've struggled with for several years. I've tried Book Like a Boss, Acuity, Calendly, Harmonizely, Simplymeet...and more, but none of them provided the solution I needed. Introwise helped me find that solution in a simple way.
With a generous amount of mins in the Pro Plan, it was a no-brainer to purchase. For people who are very mobile and on-the-go, the interface and mobile experience is going to replace my 1:1 calls on zoom. (*You can connect zoom as well, which doesn't count toward minutes.)
Features that I really enjoy: 1. Auto-timer for video sessions. *I have been going over my time and given hours and hours away over time, because time really does fly by during sessions. The timer will help both the client and myself stay on track. 2. Setting up packages is easy. *Define services. Make them public or hidden. Then add them to your package. There's even a calculator at the bottom of package creation that tells you how much you are discounting the services by creating a package.
There are more, but I don't want to make a novel of a review. Other reasons to purchase are: Users have features input and in the short time after purchase a couple were already released. I'm happy and this is a good solution for those wanting to track sessions remaining in a package with multiple services, while also having the client be able to see how many are left, when booking their next session.
I'm happy as a solopreneur and with Introwise, I'm able to scale because I won't spend so much time counting up total hours left and doing tedious manual work!

I've started using this seriously in the last 24hrs since purchasing. I am a bit frustrated that there are limitations to predetermined booking durations. Some of my clients will, at times, need a different duration [new clients may need 90minutes, existing clients may want 30 or 45 or 60 minutes. I'd love to see some flexibility in this app.

Yes, each service that an expert can add on their booking page can only have one duration. If one needs to offer services of different duration, they would have to create a separate service for each duration.
Your request totally makes sense and is something that we have considered. But after talking with initial users we've found out that for their uses...
