Could Be Introwiser
Let me preface this by saying that the UI of the front- and back-end are great. Very clean, modern look and feel - awesome start! I am also testing this on 2 codes, so the Pro Plan, versus 1 code Growth Plan.
The UX on the back-end is pretty solid, but it is not necessarily translated well to the front-end in certain areas, namely the booking. What I do really love is that right off the bat the user can see a few open slots to choose from to start their booking journey. What I do NOT like is that the user can then choose to view the calendar which is a mess. It shows you a 24/7 calendar view, meaning your availability is exposed, a ton of whitespace, and overall a headache for the user.
Another issue I have with the front-end is that despite having a custom domain, there is a pretty substantial footer for Introwise that still exists. This in addition to the booking notification the users receive is a bit...abrasive. The email notification looks great, but the sending address is a noreply Introwise email, followed by an unbranded introwise link to the session, followed by a Support link directing users to email Introwise. Even with Google Calendar connected, users do not receive the typical Google Calendar invite email, but an .ics file is attached to the Introwise booking confirmation.
Call Quality is pretty good for the built-in solution, so that's nice for those who want to keep things in the same ecosystem, or are maybe looking for a solution not directly tied into Google, nor want to set up Zoom. (You weirdos). I would like to see File Sharing in some capacity on the call, at the very least.
What I would like to see update, addressed, or changed:
1) Booking calendar - do not show a 24/7 calendar; use a card display like every other platform in this space; it's what clients are used to and it's user friendly.
2) Update booking confirmation email - I don't mind some branding, I really don't, I don't need a FULL white-label solution, but I would like to at least include my own logo prominently, ideally to replace the Introwise logo at the top, with a "powered by Introwise" somewhere tucked at the bottom, and not abrasive. The session link should also be branded, in my mind.
3) Reduce the footprint and options of the footer on the booking page. The multiple CTAs to Introwise in addition to the rather large "Powered by Introwise" is a bit...much.
4) Combination of #2 and #3 - if you're offering two plans based on the codes purchased, then maybe Tier 1 includes this loud and proud Introwise branding, whereas Pro is either muted or removed entirely.
Overall, I think the foundation of the platform is solid. I think it is one of the better hybrid offerings I have seen in the LTD space for quite some time now. This does feel a bit like a Beta product in some instances, but if the team is willing and able to make updates surrounding my suggestions, I think that would elevate Introwise.

May 9, 2024Hey @SapphireWolf! What a gem of a review you gave us!
Love the pun in the title and this is exactly what is our approach here with Introwise - build out the product wiser, while making the experience simpler for experts and their clients. Your feedback is what truly makes us work days and nights and we really appreciate it!
1) Agree with you - the calendar is probably my least favorite screen of our checkout experience. But what’s interesting is that we built it specifically as a week view calendar after our conversations with initial users. They’ve found this way to be easier to see what slots and when are available and choose the right one for them. The reason here might be that that was in early 2020 before the wide adoption of remote tools, and we focused a lot on non-technical people without prior experience with other tools. I believe that the truth is somewhere in the middle here, and we have some cool ideas in mind on how to make the time slot selection experience even better.
2) Good suggestion and this is something we have in mind for what’s to come next for branding improvements - a logo and more prominent naming throughout the experience.
3-4) Interestingly, we tried removing the footer and branding as a part of a custom domain connection, but without taking complete care of the full user flow this actually made the experience slightly worse for the clients. We kept clear Introwise branding and links so clients don’t have any confusion on where to get the support and what Introwise is. Once we deal with important details, like providing custom terms and privacy policies, contact options, and securely hosting calls on other domains, we’ll definitely add more options on reducing the Introwise branding footprint.
5) A hidden feature of Introwise is that it keeps experts’ contact details private unless they contact the client themselves, that’s why we don’t send normal calendar invites from experts’ connected accounts. The Introwise .ics invites work surprisingly well, as many email providers automatically add them to your calendar. We’re open to experiments here though.
6) File sharing is frequently requested and is coming to Introwise in one capacity or another, glad you asked about it! For people interested in this I’d recommend checking out our roadmap and cast their vote there.
Great booking page, btw. Just scheduled a session with you there ;-) Hope to see more sessions booked on your page in the future!
