Yes, each service that an expert can add on their booking page can only have one duration. If one needs to offer services of different duration, they would have to create a separate service for each duration.

Your request totally makes sense and is something that we have considered. But after talking with initial users we've found out that for their uses different durations usually means different, not always proportional, prices, and different value delivered. So we opted out to keep it simple and just allow experts to define as many services as they want with any durations. Still flexible, but different implementation.
