disappointing to see that invideo just don't give a flipping f### about the user base of Sumolings who supported them when they were just a startup and needed the capital, reviews and ideas from an engaged user base. Their AI generated video feature is not part of invideo.io, they say, They call it a separate product and you will not even be given a discount if you want access to the AI generation. Terrible business ethics if you ask me.
I have two codes with them and they have changed the subscription since then. There are numerous of other Sumolings in their FB group that says similar.
AppSumo should take some sort of action, in my opinion.
Save your money. These guys won't live up to the mutual agreement.
so1usAs long as you are able to access the features promised and you get updates to those features I don't think it's fair to complain about InVideo not providing you with access to a new product category or subset. They even price it differently to Studio on the page so users would have to pay for two different subscriptions if they wanted access to Studio (which you have) and AI (which is new).
axxiesYou clearly have no clue of what you are talking about. If you were a member of the FB group, you would see numerous posts of people who signed up early who have seen their subscriptions through AppSumo change with time. It's a pattern.
The invideo AI is basically an addon to invideo, which they now call Invideo Studio. This will die with time and be replaced with the invideo AI. It will be interesting to see how they will do then.
inlifenolimitsPLUSI completely agree. How can you be paying so much a month and not even get a deal for the AI generated video integration? I have also emailed them to no avail. No response. Shocking behaviour and I will be closing my account after this month.
