I've emailed for assistance since 6/7/23 and as of today, I've not received a response.

I'd purchased 2 codes on 7/25/20 when it was a LTD.

Email was sent to support@invideo.io again today.

First Appsumo.- I have been using your service for quire sometime - I have seen so many of the products I have in my purchase history now gone. Invideo was one of the most blatent. Soon after the LTD they introduced an AI version that had a different domain but looked like the one we bought the deal on. When We would go to the correct domain - we received a product that lost features we were promised and was lackluster - FilmR Is I believe the only thing that works now. Every login button would send you to the AI version when we just wanted the version we had bought a few weeks ago.Now, it seems that old version is gone fro good. Replaced by AI version where we have not been given any sort of access to. Appsumo - we shouldnt have to play detectives to find out whats up. Its your job to keep things transparent and for us to know the risk.
I've read it carefully, and I see nowhere among the features this deal allows us to use the AI features. Why on earth would anyone want to pay that much simply to get access to templates when sites like CapCut allow you the usage of their considerable template library for free as long as you don't use their AI features? I don't understand what I am getting! Invideo is famous for their AI feature, and yet, that's the one thing that's not included. If it is, please add it to the feature and the agreement.
