Having been critical of the initial deal (no videos, no 1080p) I doubted very much that I'd end up buying this deal.

HOWEVER, the terms of the deal improved greatly and here I am.

The app works well and the output is good; there are some improvements that could be made easily:

1. InVideo creates scenes based on your text. The scene length is based on the time it takes to read the text. BUT, if I then drag in some video media to the scene, the clip scene is extended out to the length of the media.

Whilst this might be required in some cases, I think that there should be a quick option to 'lock' scene durations based on the read time of the text in them.

When media is inserted there could be a further option to set in/out points either from the beginning of the clip, end of the clip or either side of the middle of the clip.

2. With reference to scene durations based on text content: there should be a global "increase or decrease read speed" setting, so that the calculated speed can be quickly adjusted. For example globally change scene duration by x0.75 or x1.25.

3. Really for client work it could do with the ability to set separate branding rules (fonts, colours, logos, media pool)

Other than that: quality app.
