I like how they started and even pushed them here and there (bought 5 codes myself) but lost confidence they know what their focus should be and who their audience is.

Pro:
- Fast support
- good workflow
- OK UX

Contra (compared to competition which is also a lot more expensive to remain fair)
- very limited amount of templates
- video only (why don't you offer me creating a single "page" e.g. like Canva?)
- compared to fleeq (also appsumo deal) the text overlay and text to speech feels so out of date and old-fashioned
- Now that I want to cancel my (paid) Enterprise upgrade I find out: You cant do that online, contacting them they come back and ask for the reason prior acting, given the reason they stop responding. I now had to tell them I am going to report any future payments as fraud in order to avoid new charges - leaving behind a bad taste. If I still could, I´d ask to refund my 5 Codes!
