Seller changed my plan features after my purchase
I bought this deal back on January 20
I made a point to purchase 5-codes and redeem them within the alloted time so I could enjoy the 15-minute video duration
To my surprise, however, my account, displays no indication of what my video durations should be, which if you're an experienced lifetime deal buyer, is extremely alarming, right?
So I actually had a chat with support to ask what the max duration of my videos is. Does anyone care to guess?
❌ 10 minutes - Problem #1 (Which was no surprise at that point. But trust me when I say that I steaming! 😠)
So I complained that the 'Current Plan Features,' listed under my InVideo account are either incorrect or missing altogether as compared to AppSumo's current listing, with 'no watermark,' 'reseller rights,' and 'unlimited users' as the only correct exceptions:

Quite frankly, if 'ANY' storage limited was present and listed as a plan feature back in January when I purchased this deal, I would have never considered buying it! And here's why:
At 1080p, videos are approximately 150 MB per minute of footage, so with a 5 Gb storage limit...
❌ 10 minute duration videos/1.5 GB each = Storage for 3 max legnth videos
With a 10 Gb storage limit
❌ 15 minute duration videos/2.25 GB = Storage for 4 max legnth videos
What this means is that from the time of their initial deal posting, the crafty InVideo team has since converted this deal into a monthly subscription sales machine. That said, if you take advantage of the max 1080p resolution that is available to you, there's almost no room in your account to save lengthy videos (think about it) ...although video creation is 'supposedly' unlimited! 🤯
Furthermore, when I called them out about these supposed storage limits that should not exist under my account, I was told that the AppSumo plan provided 5 Gb storage, while the Business Plan provided 10 Gb. Wait... what? The "AppSumo Plan" and the "Business Plan" ...Seriously? This isn't even terminology that is currently being used in the InVideo listing at AppSumo. All I know is that I bought 5 codes with no storage limitations and now I'm getting duped.

1 - 10-15 mins limit moved to 40 mins for all Appsumo users
2 - There has never been a watermark for appsumo users
3 - 1200 templates are now 5000+ templates
4 - We have added a full-blown music library
5 - Font uploads
6 - Brand presets - Logos + colors
We reply to chat support within 1 min 24*7. I request you to bring this up - Give me a list of features that you want and are not included and I promise to fix it for all AppSumo users. I request you to please check and let me know
