Q: Hi.

It is not a good thing for AppSumo or its community of members/buyers/product advocates when so many valid questions are left unanswered for so long.
I think a code of conduct or common courtesy should be shown from the product vendors to the community as well as vice versa.
Communicate and explain, develop and grow, thrive and prosper.

A: We completely agree and we are extremely sorry to have left these questions unanswered. We usually get all our support queries via the in-built chat support window on our app which is live 24*7 / 385 days a year. We obviously should have kept an eye out on the questions section here, and we're sorry we missed out. But we will ensure we promptly reply to these questions moving forward :)
