I constantly hit speedbumps and am pushed to pay more for the "lifetime" plan i purchased through AppSumo. Most recently i have hit a limit on logos you can upload.

Nowhere on the AppSumo feature list: https://appsumo.com/products/invideo/ does it say there are limits on logos. Furthermore, nowhere on their OWN subscription feature lists does it mention logos: https://invideo.io/pricing#plan-heading

I brought this up with support, which has been historically awful and continues to be. They're not support, they're salespeople who simply tell you to upgrade. I requested a supervisor and reporting this unethical and hidden upsell, and the support staff disconnected.

Absolutely awful to deal with, and incredibly disappointing treatment of early adopters.
