I would be cautious
The platform seems ok, same as other out there, the deal is good, but not if you do social.
When asked when it will be implemented the same answer is given: " in the FUTURE" which basically means never.
no plans, no timelines, nothing. The deadline for having different ratios available has already passed and their answer exactly was we are considering it...in the future....

I understand that we couldn't ship things at the rate you'd expected us to, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to fast-track things. However, we do have a public roadmap on Trello wherein we constantly add feature requests and we prioritize the ones that will have the greatest impact on the largest cohort of our users. We're already pushed more than 10 improvements in the last 5 weeks or so which shows how committed we are to building the best video creation software in the world.
Coming to templates in multiple resolutions, we already have more than 100 templates that have been tailor-made for different aspect ratios and have added at least 40 new ones in the last 1 month.
