Q: Can I add user?
I purchased tier 3.
Once I tried adding a new user, the alert showed 'Kindly upgrade your account'.
Do you want me to pay me more monthly?
I also wonder if I have to monthly fee in order to increase referrers every month.
You only give us 6000 referrers forever.
Is that all?
If I need more referrers, how can I do?

You can purchase multiple deals & stack them into the same account,
OR you can subscribe to a monthly-plan & use the same into your account.
