I’m extremely excited to share KPIBees with you!

Over the years, I’ve created several businesses and we always maintained our KPIs in spreadsheets. These spreadsheets looked incredible, but there was always a major issue that we had. It was very hard to continuously keep them up to date and the amount of copy-pasting was just too much. Every couple of weeks someone had to pick up the tedious task of going through each metric, get that information and update it. It was such a waste of time.

This is how we started KPIBees, as a tool that can automate the process of pulling data to spreadsheets so that you’ll never need to copy/paste again! 🔥

KPIBees is a Google Sheets Add-on that resides directly in your spreadsheet and it’s really easy to pull any kind of external information and have it auto-update on a regular basis.

We are here to fix spreadsheets 👷, not reinvent them! So you don’t have to switch to another tool just to have a functional spreadsheet! And don’t worry, you are in good company! Over 60.000 busy Bees 🐝 like yourself already use KPIBees!

It’s really easy to use, you just open the KPIBees sidebar in the spreadsheet, select a sheet cell, then create a query in that position! When you’re done with creating your queries, you can set them to refresh hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly!

KPIBees supports 21 out-of-the-box connectors: CSV, Facebook Ads, Facebook Insights, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Search, Google Page Speed, JSON, MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Intercom, Typeform, Web Scraper, Youtube, XML, IPstack. We are always adding more connectors and if there’s something that we don’t support now, you can use the API connectors to retrieve data from any tool!
