I was looking for a simple invoicing app that could help me stay on track with what is paid/overdue a little better than my previous process.

First thing I must say is the team is extremely responsive, they're diligent, they listen and they implement.

I was a bit sceptical at first because there were a few bugs that I noticed when I first started playing around with invoicequick. The UI is a lot smoother now and they have been making consisten improvements since I've been using it. Every issue I have had, I received an fast response and the team resolved it in a timely manner.

They actually implemented one or two of my suggestions. I was in need of a specific external payment link feature and the team took time to make sure they understood my request. Once they fully agreed with the use case and seen the benefit, they began implementation and kept me updated. They recently rolled it out as platform update!

The software has improved a great deal since I have been using it. There are two improvements on my wishlist that will make invoicequick a top player:

1. The ability to send emails from custom domains
2. Automatically charging recurring payments (not just sending recurring invoices).
3. The ability to charge one-time and recurring on the same invoice.

I really like invoicequick and the price is ridiculously low. It's even lower now than what I paid for it, which is crazy! Can't believe someone gave them 1 taco. This is an easy 5 tacos from my perspective.

ok what´s the point of selling a deal on appsumo when your support is not even able to help one to register.
I tried to register, didn`t get a confirmation email, asked support, support told me "the devs will look into this" and never heard back.

Upon redeeming this deal, I was instantly impressed with the UI, UX and welcome email. It all felt very professional unlike some newer or lesser-known tools out there.

So far, from testing the estimate and invoice features internally, it looks like it'll be a solid tool for long-term use. Of course, the real test will be how it performs when I begin using it for clients; I hope not to have the glitches and issues I've had with similar tools.

Don't see any real "cons" as of yet, although there are several features that would be useful to have in the near future. These include:

* Auto-addition of late fees
* Allowing clients to change quantities, select items/tasks, or choose packages in estimates
* Ability to add custom sections to estimates (so that everything isn't crammed into the line item description box)
* Connect bank accounts to automatically import income and expenses (a rules feature such as what QB has for automatic categorization would also be helpful)

Lower priority features would include:

* Convert to recurring invoice (in addition to the existing convert to invoice feature)
* Block or enable partial payments across all available payment methods
* More customization options

Looking forward to seeing how the InvoiceQuick team will further develop this tool!

I've playing around with this for a few days just to get acclimated with everything it has to offer. Setup was easy, especially for PayPal integration. The UI and UX is superb, a MAJOR plus!

2 things that were a turn off were:

1] there's no way to use SMTP to use with your business email. This is a major bummer as you're stuck (at least at the moment) having emails with their branding.

2] the email customization has some bugs. When emails are sent, [total amount] and [due date] still show as text as well as the actual total amount and due date. Along with the email branding this may come off as if you're using a trial or stripped down invoicing software.

I'm currently using another invoicing app as it has the 2 features mentioned above
already. I may hold on to the InvoiceQuick so I can use it for my second business, or I'll request a refund if the features I'd like aren't put in.

The product looks fantastic on the surface however, the item selector does not provide a full list of items and services and the user therefore cannot select the service or item to include on the invoice. This makes the invoice useless unless you have less than 4 items defined on the system.

I think that this is a very simple issue for the developers to fix however, I have raised numerous support queries and have yet to get a response.

If there was halfway decent support and a fix to the selector issue than this product would deserve a much better rating for a potentially good product but as it stands, it cannot be used. I hope that this will be fixed in the next week or I will be requesting a refund.

Invoice Quick is a super flexible invoice tool that allows me to send beautiful & customizable email notifications to my customers. Its integration with PayPal is AWESOME!

Some suggestions,
1) Email customization has some bugs, for example, I use [total_amount] in the customizing page, it still shows "[total_amount]" in the email instead of the exact amount. This bug also applies to some other buttons like [amount_due], [number] etc.
2) UI can still be more beautiful haha~

I hope InvoiceQuick can become better and better in the future though it's already very awesome lol~

First of all, the tool has the most neat design & features. Kudos to the design team! But there are few bugs & the support isn't what's being promised i.e "Live Chat". There's no live chat & the support isn't much useful with the requests.

Why should you buy this tool?
1. If you your entire client base & you deal in the same currency, this tool would be great as it doesn't have an option to have different currency for different invoice.
2. The design is neat & trust me when I say it as it's the best design in an invoice SAAS.
3. The invoices come out to be too damn professional.

What sucks?
1. If you send an invoice to a client, the heading has a test "InvoiceQuick - A Free Invoice Generator". I certainly don't want to promote the tool so much if I'm paying for a tool. Would have preferred, "InvoiceQuick - INV001" i.e the invoice number in heading.
2. Flexible currency option i.e an option to change currency for different invoices & see my expenses on dashboard in my preferred currency.
3. The support is bit clueless!
4. There's no product roadmap or plans of development available for the users to actually rely on the tool in long term.
5. As soon as I sign up, I got an email from a guy named Alex who said at the bottom of the email "He actually reads every email & replies to it so needed suggestions". But he didn't reply to my requests.

I so want to use the tool but the lack of trust on the product's roadmap has have me confused.

I've used Invoice Quick in the past but never got a plan. Solid amount of features has been added and only thing that I would like to see in near future is iOS app and recurring payments, but I guess that's in the works. It's really easy and simple to set everything up and I had no trouble at all creating my first invoices.

We’ve used it in the past to make free invoices and weren't ready to commit to another monthly subscription so this offer is amazing!

Highly recommended. Their support is awesome, as soon as we logged in we had a question and they answered on the spot. Very polite and helpful team. So far finding it easier to use than what we’ve done for years and more within my budget.

I created my first estimate, and I was super impressed with how easy everything was to set up. It's very user-friendly and almost automatic in the way that it worked. My estimate (which I renamed Proposal using the customizable title feature) was super professional looking and will work perfect for attracting clients. I'm so glad I got this!

I work from home with 11 clients and bill them weekly. The customer side when they receive invoices is convenient and easy to pay. I'd like to see auto-payments for recurring invoices but talked to support and should be coming shortly. Thanks for offering the deal!

While it's pretty "basic" in its offerings, it provides everything you would require of it. Custom taxes, items/products you bill for regularly, Stripe, Bank, PayPal, recurring payments, etc.

I was leaning on PM tools like Plutio but really suffered when clients weren't paying invoices on time. Well, with InvoiceQuick, they receive reminders for past due invoices automatically - yay!

The interface is simple and beautiful. It honestly reminds me of Stripe's UI a lot, which, to me, is a great thing!

The templates themselves are relatively nice. At least professional enough I don't feel embarrassed sending them to clients for payment (some other platforms I've used had really horrible, amateur-looking invoices...).

All-in-all, I'm super happy with InvoiceQuick. It does the job, for an affordable price, and provides all of the features I could want/need from an Invoicing platform and isn't directly tied to another product.

We used InvoiceQuick some time ago to generate some basic invoices for one-off jobs, and since then kind of forgot about it. Was quite happy and surprised to see it here @ AppSumo, got a lifetime plan out of curiosity, and as it seems now, we are going to actually switch to it for generating all our invoices going forward. There's a ton of features like Estimates, saved customers, recurring profiles that seem like huge time savers, and some features that I didn't yet explore fully.

One thing that seems missing for our specific use case, is Work orders, which would be quite similar to Estimates: something like a projection for an upcoming period (usually 1-3 months), with hourly/daily rates per specific roles, and a range of min/max hours/days of work for these roles for a given project. So that our clients could see and sign off the min/max cost for this period instead of a single total number. However, maybe, it's there and I just didn't figure out how to do it.

We need recurring invoicing and automated payment processing. Our customer get a pdf invoice and a link to process payment. Paying the lifetime fee is CRAZY cheap compared to everything else we’ve used since we don’t have to worry about them charging us a percentage or commissions of our stripe transactions! Very transparent. Thanks!!!

Awesome! I’ve used it in the past when it had less features and was very simple to use and straight to the point. They’ve come a long way with features and design in the last year so we definitely jumped on again! Glad to see them growing, love the simplicity of the workflow and design. We use stripe for billing so the integration works great for us. Keep it up!
